Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
